Fairyorder Cake Shop Online

  • By placing an order, the member shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed with the terms and conditions of the Fairy Shop Online.

Order Information

  • Please refer to individual product page for order lead time. Daily cut-off time 2pm.
  • Payment must be made online ( fpx ) and bank in to us.
  • Our bank account info can be found in your order invoice.
  • The Invoice can be found from your email address.
  • Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by you. You can check the payment transaction details in your account. Only orders with successful payment transaction are considered completed and will be processed.

Delivery Information

  • We provide delivery service within SUNGAI PETANI & ALOR SETAR AREA ONLY.
  • All delivery services are unavailable on Public Holidays according to Malaysia & Kedah State on Malaysia Calendar.
  • Delivery Fee cost rm 12 per trip.
  • Delivery are available from Monday to Saturday Only.
  • Delivery Time slot is from 10 am to 5 pm only.
  • Rm 24 delivery surcharge is applicable if the cake is deliver on Sunday or Public holiday    ( Sungai Petani Area only ) ( Delivery time from 10 am to 5 pm only )
  • Selection of another area apart from Sungai Petani & Alor Setar to deliver will not be refund.
  • Items must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no discrepancies are raised upon delivery.
  • In the event of undelivered orders due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address given, the undelivered item will be sent to the nearest Fairy outlet. You may choose to self-collect within 24 hours or contact us to arrange for a re-delivery at $20 within the delivery time slot of 10 am  – 5 pm.
  • While Fairy endeavors to fulfill all deliveries, Fairy Cake & Pastry Sdn Bhd shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

Self pickup Information

  • Self-pickup service commences are based on outlets operating hours.
  • All Outlet operation hours can be found from Our location page / during checkout page.

Amendment & cancellation

  • Upon order confirmation, there is an administrative charge of Rm 5 for any amendments made.
  • Amendment requests have to inform us from whatapps number 0125931800. Please send us your order invoice along with your amendment request.
  • For any cancellation of order, Cake Order before 4 days are eligible to cancel only. ( excluding sunday and public holiday )
  • Refund are not available but customer may replace the price of cake’s ordering to others products at Fairy branches.

All Product illustrations

  • All pictures and descriptions displayed on Fairyorders website or distributed by email, brochure or in any other way are for guidance purposes only.
  • We also cannot guarantee that all the products will be the same as the picture as sometimes the cake you have received may differ from what was shown on our website.
  • The photos on display are for illustration purposes, so do take the lighting and photo editing used into consideration. And the cakes may not look exactly the same as they are all handmade by our bakers.
  • In all cases we will try to contact you to advise you of any such changes, however Fairyorder reserves the right to replace these items of equal or better quality without consultation.
  • We reserve the right to make alterations to the design, appearance and technical specifications of our products from time to time.

Storage and Consumption

  • Safe-guarded by cold temperature of the fridge, our cake will stay fresh for roughly 2 days if keep refrigerated. Cake should keep in box or container to keep the cake stay moist and dry off.
  • We do however recommend our cheesecakes are best eaten within 48 hours from collection/delivery but they can be chilled at -8°C for up to 3 days.
  • All cheesecakes need to be stored in the freezer at -18°C and brought back to room temperature at -4°C before consuming.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to keep the cakes in the manner prescribed by us.

Cake condition and packaging

  • Our cake are all packaged safely in boxes specifically designed for.
  • As such, they should arrive to you in the same perfect condition that they leave us in.
  • Once you bought the cake from us, they are yours to treasure.

Complaints and Reviews

  • We take all our customer’s option seriously. If you experience any problem with a cake or other products, complaints must be made within 1 day of receipt of cake and part or all of the cake and related product should be returned to us for us to let us to investigate the complaint.
  • The maximum refund offered is the original value of the cake. (reference by the order invoice actual ammount ) Further compensation is not available.
  • We ask for the great patience with factors that may be out of  our control (e.g. traffic conditions etc.) as we cannot be held liable for any such delays.
