FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Please refer to individual product page for order lead time. Daily cut-off time 2pm.
- Payment must be made online within 3 hours upon ordered.
- Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by you. You can check the payment transaction details in your account. Only orders with successful payment transaction are considered completed and will be processed. Your order status will be change from” on hold” to” processing “.
- After you have completed your cake order, please manually bank in us the same amount to our bank within 3 hours. We will start proceed with your order after we have received your payment.
- Kindly send us the bank transfer receipt to our marketing number via WhatsApp 0125931800 as a prove of successful transaction.
- You may check your order status under “my account” –” order” – “view action” to track your order status.
- ‘On hold” status will be change within 3 to 4 hours during our office hours (8 am to 5 pm) after we have receive your payment.
- We provide delivery service within SUNGAI PETANI & ALOR SETAR AREA ONLY.
- All delivery services are unavailableon Public Holidays according to Malaysia & Kedah State on Malaysia Calendar.
- Delivery Fee cost rm 12 per trip.
- Delivery are available on Monday to Saturday Only.
- Delivery Time slot is from 10 am to 5 pm only.
- Items must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no discrepancies are raised upon delivery.
- In the event of undelivered orders due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address given, the undelivered item will be sent to the nearest Fairy outlet. You may choose to self-collect within 48 hours or contact us to arrange for a re-delivery at $20 within the delivery time slot of 10 am – 5 pm
- While Fairy endeavours to fulfil all deliveries, Fairy Cake & Pastry Sdn Bhd shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
- Self-pickup service commences are based on pickup branches operating hours.

- Upon order confirmation, if customer wish to make adjustment, the amendment requests have to be submitted in writing notice, 4 working days before collection date and send the request to WhatsApp 012-5931800. Kindly include order invoice picture and payment detail attach with related information.
- For any cancellation of order, cake order before 5 days are eligible to cancel only.
- Refund are not available but customer may replace the price of cake’s ordering to others products at Fairy branches.
- Successful amendment or cancellation will be informed to customer via WhatsApp.
